Dene has been producing and hosting television shows since 2004 that are informational, educational and entertaining for people of all ages. Her “What’s Happening” show airs on Pottstown Cable-TV PCTV and reaches people in western Montgomery County, northern Chester County and eastern Berks County. I am pleased to tell you that recently she has been able to broaden the area where the “What’s Happening” show is aired. Presently, the show is scheduled frequently, on NASD-TV in Norristown, East Norriton Township and West Norristown Township; and on Phantom-TV in Phoenixville, East Pikeland Township, Schuylkill Township, Mont Clare, Oaks, and Radnor.
The “What’s Happening” show is widely accepted throughout these areas and feedback is very complimentary. Some comments that she hears are “the show is very interesting, informative and lively."
The show offers a different approach to ‘get the word out’ through varied programming. This approach proves very successful. The Walk and Talk Show features interviews with people attending special events around these areas, such as, Health Fairs and Expos. The Talk Show features interviews with guests from non-profit and for profit organizations. The Dance Party Show takes place at various venues around these areas and is videotaped by the PCTV Production Crew. At all times, Dene strives to keep the shows diverse by seeking topics of interest intended for the general public.
